1. DELIVERY AREA
We currently ship to all locations within India. We offer two delivery options:
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery to major cities and metros
- Standard Shipping: Available for all locations across India
2. DISPATCH TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time varies based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 working days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 working days
- Other Locations: 5-7 working days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, regional holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time through our courier partner's website.
5. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping Charges: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
- Express Shipping Charges: Additional charges may apply based on product weight and delivery location
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.
6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Shipments:
If your shipment is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at support@houseink.shop. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 7-10 working days.
Delayed Shipments:
In case of unexpected delays beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We will track your order and provide you with updated delivery information.
Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a damaged product, please:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package appears damaged
- If already accepted, take photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us at support@houseink.shop within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
