🚚 Return Process
1. Email us at support@houseink.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we'll schedule a reverse pickup or guide you for courier return.
4. After inspection, we'll initiate your refund or replacement.

💰 Refund Process
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
